MSB-0001
  As being known from charcoal users throughout the world, “Sawdust Charcoal” is being recognized as one of the best charcoals present in the market. Benefiting from the production process, no additive is required for sawdust charcoal making. It is thus, safe-to-use, better for grilling purpose and environmental-friendly. This machine can also be used for making briquette from Rice husk, palm & coconut fiber or other biomass materials too.
CONTROLLER OF MSB-0001
  Sawdust charcoal making process is divided into 3 parts; sieving and conveying of sawdust to the dryer, extruding dried sawdust at high pressure and temperature by extruder, and sending to charring process. The machine design for sawdust extrusion is important as it is a major factor which decides the quality of final charcoal product.

COOL PROCESS

Charcoal Extruder TS-01

   Our charcoal briquette making extruder is specially designed to maximize the production capacity of charcoal briquette. The case and parts of the extruder are made from high-strength steel. The material for the shaft and pulley system is specially selected to suit the high-torque and high-pressure system.

 

 

Charcoal Crusher TS-02

    This high power crusher has been designed for industrial use. The default capacity of this crusher can be adjusted to match the downstream equipment. The crusher is made from special selected high-strength steel which is durable and suitable to use with 3-phase 30 HP motor size is selected so that the production capacity of this crusher is as high as 10 Metric Ton per day, which is enough to supply for 5 extruders at a time.

Charcoal Mix TS-03
  Charcoal mixer works as a mixer and blender for the charcoal powder and grains to mix with natural binders such as tapioca starch or other kinds of starch together with water. This mixer is designed to match with typical charcoal size and characteristics to reach the optimum mixing capacity before sending to the extrusion unit.
