Sawdust charcoal making process is divided into 3 parts; sieving and conveying of sawdust to the dryer, extruding dried sawdust at high pressure and temperature by extruder, and sending to charring process. The machine design for sawdust extrusion is important as it is a major factor which decides the quality of final charcoal quality.
